In his last performance with the Haverford/Bryn Mawr Chorale and Chorale Orchestra, Thomas Lloyd conducts Michael Tippett's landmark oratorio, A Child of Our Time, composed during World War II in response to the events of "Kristallnacht" and incorporating monumental settings of five African-American spirituals. Open to the public without advance tickets or charge.
