“Everyone prays in his own language.” A program of selections from Duke Ellington’s ground-breaking Sacred Concerts. With pianist Jay Fluellen and ensemble, original Ellington soloist DeVonne Gardner, soprano Brittany Rumpf, and baritone Shafiq Hicks. The Choral Society will also be joined by the Philadelphia Mass Community Choir and The Intermezzo Ministry Choir, Carrie Essene, director.
